About the role

Tele2 is looking for a Business Client Manager who will focus on acquiring new business customers by phone. You will join a fast‑growing sales team, act as a consultant for telecom solutions, and help shape the company’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate contact with prospective Tele2 business clients and conduct sales calls using a provided lead database.
• Advise clients on the most suitable telecommunications products and solutions for their specific needs.
• Record and analyse client information in the company’s CRM system.
• Execute technical sales procedures quickly and accurately within internal systems.
• Achieve personal and team targets related to sales volume and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Interest in the telecommunications market and emerging technologies.
• Proactive, ambitious attitude with a strong drive to exceed targets.
• Experience in cold‑calling with proven results (preferred).
• Experience working with business customers (preferred).
• Ability to build rapport with new contacts rapidly.
• Comfortable working in a high‑tempo, dynamic environment.
• Good command of English or Russian is a plus.
• Clean criminal record (certificate required upon hiring).
