About the role

The company is looking for a Procurement Manager to lead the strategy and execution of raw material and production supplies purchasing. The role involves sourcing new suppliers locally and internationally, maintaining sustainable relationships, and ensuring optimal inventory levels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for raw materials and production supplies.
• Identify, evaluate, and select new suppliers in Lithuania and abroad.
• Maintain long‑term, sustainable relationships with existing suppliers.
• Monitor market trends, price fluctuations, and supply opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial terms to achieve the most favorable conditions for the company.
• Draft and manage contracts with suppliers and partners.
• Collaborate closely with production, logistics, finance, and other internal teams.
• Track inventory levels, ensure optimal stock quantities, and participate in inventory audits.
• Continuously improve procurement and supplier management processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in category, raw material, or strategic procurement.
• Proven track record in supplier search, evaluation, selection, and long‑term relationship development.
• Strong negotiation skills with a focus on win‑win outcomes.
• Understanding of pricing structures, market drivers, and trends.
• Proactive, independent, analytical, and results‑oriented.
• Willingness to travel for meetings and supplier visits in Lithuania and abroad.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Valid driver’s licence.
