About the role

Ignitis Group is looking for a People Development Specialist to join its People Growth team. The role focuses on auditing the training system and coordinating the organization of learning activities, ensuring a safe and green energy ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and continuously improve the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Coordinate the end‑to‑end training organization process, from needs analysis to smooth implementation.
• Communicate with training providers and participants to ensure alignment.
• Support various learning projects and initiatives.
• Systematize data, prepare reports, and aid data‑driven decision making.
• Propose ideas to make learning processes simpler, more efficient and attractive for employees.

Required profile

• Higher education in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Project Management or Communications.
• Strong desire to gain experience in learning and training organization.
• Excellent Lithuanian and good English (written and spoken).
• Organized, analytical mindset with good planning and time‑management skills.
• Strong communication abilities, positivity, client‑oriented and result‑driven attitude.
