Chief People Officer

About the role

USIPRoyal, a fast‑growing proxy infrastructure company, is seeking a Chief People Officer to own and shape its global HR function. You will partner directly with the CEO and the leadership team to drive people strategy across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the HR team while defining a long‑term HR roadmap.
• Build a comprehensive learning and development program, including career frameworks and leadership development.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior managers on organisational design, performance, and complex people decisions.
• Own compensation and benefits strategy, salary bands and benchmarking.
• Run the end‑to‑end performance review cycle and enhance manager enablement.
• Ensure Lithuanian employment law compliance in partnership with external counsel.
• Maintain HiBob as the system of record and advance HR process automation.
• Drive AI enablement across the company, fostering skill development and applying AI to improve HR operations.
• Participate as a full member of the leadership team, influencing business planning and priorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading People/HR teams and crafting HR strategy.
• Track record of building L&D programs from scratch with measurable business impact.
• Experience managing international teams and supporting employees outside Lithuania.
• Strong practical knowledge of the Lithuanian Labour Code.
• Hands‑on experience with compensation structures, salary banding and benchmarking.
• Background in a scale‑up or fast‑moving tech environment.
• Confidence advising senior stakeholders and ability to disagree constructively.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.
