Creators Marketing Manager

About the role

Trendos is building an AI‑driven B2B analytics SaaS and needs a Creators Marketing Manager to shape its go‑to‑market strategy. You will own the creator‑focused marketing function, turning influencer content into lasting brand assets and driving awareness, acquisition, and retention for a fast‑growing SaaS product.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead the creators’ GTM strategy in partnership with the CMO.
• Own end‑to‑end campaign management across LinkedIn, YouTube, Substack, and other creator platforms.
• Translate product value into clear, compelling messaging for diverse B2B audiences.
• Collaborate with product, growth, design, analytics, and executive teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Lead global influencer/creator programs to boost engagement and product adoption.
• Improve GTM workflows, leverage technology platforms, and coordinate with external partners and agencies in international markets.
• Work with influencers and internal creative teams to produce authentic, on‑brand content.

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of creator ecosystems on LinkedIn, YouTube, Substack, newsletters, podcasts, and emerging platforms.
• Confidence interpreting digital marketing metrics such as CPI, CTR, CPM, and ROAS.
• Strong data‑driven mindset using social listening, benchmarking, and auditing to refine strategy.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Creative, proactive, and able to push influencer marketing beyond the obvious.
• Experience managing vendors, agencies, and contractors.
