Customer Service Assistant – Vilnius

About the role

Join Mouser Electronics' fast‑growing Vilnius Customer Service Team as a Customer Service Assistant. You will be the front‑line contact for customers, handling inquiries via web and email while supporting internal processes.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and retrieve order, quote and customer data using custom software and ERP systems.
• Provide timely, courteous support to customers in Lithuanian and English, and assist with additional European languages when possible.
• Research, expedite and resolve customer requests, ensuring a high level of service excellence.
• Support the local Customer Service team and collaborate with other departments as needed.

Required profile

• Initial experience in customer service or support is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
• Ability to work under deadlines and interact with people at all organizational levels.

Required skills

• Proficient use of MS Office applications.
• Experience with an ERP system (or willingness to learn).
