Customer Service Representative (German-speaking)

About the role

Dexcom is looking for a German‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join its Inside Operations team in the Global Business Services centre. The role supports the EMEA region by handling patient onboarding, reimbursement authorisation, and documentation processing for Dexcom’s continuous glucose monitoring products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage administrative tasks related to patient onboarding, reimbursement authorisation, and documentation processing.
• Communicate with health‑insurance companies, physicians, and patients to resolve issues and ensure smooth workflows.
• Create and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems, complying with internal and external standards.
• Validate and process customer‑related documentation such as prescriptions and training confirmations.
• Monitor order statuses, shipment details, and invoicing information to guarantee timely processing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to verify information, troubleshoot issues, and support other business lines as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent proficiency in German (written and spoken).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent communication skills with health‑care professionals and patients.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, purpose‑driven environment.
