About the role

We are looking for a Finance Analyst to become a strategic business partner for our international operations. You will shape the company’s strategy with analytical insights and support decision‑making across multiple divisions.

Key responsibilities

• Strategic planning: manage corporate and divisional budgets, prepare financial forecasts and run scenario simulations.
• Process transformation: design, automate and improve financial analysis tools and reporting processes.
• Business efficiency: analyse project profitability, cost structures and identify optimisation opportunities for operations and production.
• Decision support: present financial reports to senior management and collaborate closely with department heads and the international Eltel finance team.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis, control or a related field.
• Relevant higher education (finance, economics, accounting).
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English, both spoken and written.
• Category B driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
