Growth Marketing Specialist (Mid‑Senior)

About the role

We are looking for a curious problem‑solver to join the team behind the world’s most advanced VPN. As a Growth Marketing Specialist you will help millions protect their online privacy by driving acquisition and engagement across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor social networks (Reddit, Facebook, Twitter, forums) to capture customer feedback and engage with users.
• Plan, launch and optimise marketing campaigns including content, SEO, social media, online advertising and guerrilla tactics.
• Research innovative channels and test new growth ideas, analysing performance and scaling successful approaches.
• Track acquisition metrics, identify growth opportunities and continuously optimise channel performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in web reputation or social media management on platforms such as LinkedIn, Reddit and Twitter.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and SEO fundamentals.
• Excellent written English with a keen eye for detail.
• Data‑driven, goal‑oriented mindset with solid research abilities.
• Interest in technology, cybersecurity and emerging innovations.
