Head of Creative Strategy

About the role

Bioma is a fast‑growing eight‑figure wellness brand that creates probiotic supplements for gut health, energy, and focus. As Head of Creative Strategy you will partner with the CMO and Acquisition team to shape a data‑driven creative roadmap that fuels growth across the US market and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Own creative strategy across products, markets and acquisition channels, translating commercial priorities into roadmaps, messaging frameworks and testing plans.
• Lead a multidisciplinary creative team of ~10 people, building scalable operations, workflows and prioritisation processes.
• Partner with Acquisition to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR and overall customer acquisition through creative.
• Design and run a comprehensive creative testing programme covering hooks, angles, creators, formats and offers.
• Collaborate closely with CRM, CRO, Product and Brand teams and present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing or a similar leadership role.
• Proven track record of improving creative performance through structured testing in a DTC e‑commerce or high‑growth consumer brand.
• Strong commercial mindset with deep understanding of paid‑social ecosystems.
• Excellent people‑management skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

What we offer

• Gross salary range €5,500‑€6,500 per month.
