Junior/Mid Mobile Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Junior/Mid Mobile Acquisition Specialist to execute and scale our mobile app growth strategies. The primary focus will be on Google App Campaigns, supporting setup, creative optimization, and daily performance tracking while also assisting with other paid acquisition channels.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, monitor, and optimize Google App Campaigns.
• Refresh and test ad assets (copy, images, video) to identify top‑performing creative combinations.
• Track daily performance metrics such as CPI, trial starts, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm new ad angles and visual assets.
• Navigate mobile attribution platforms to analyze campaign impact on long‑term users.
• Pull performance reports and contribute data‑driven ideas in team discussions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, Google platform updates, and mobile growth strategies.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience running digital performance marketing campaigns in Google Ads (App campaigns a plus).
• Understanding of core performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA/CPI, conversion rates).
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• High adaptability and eagerness to learn mobile‑specific growth tactics and attribution tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
