People Operations Specialist – HR Operations

About the role

We are seeking an organized and proactive People Operations Specialist to keep our HR processes smooth, structured, and compliant within Teltonika's telematics business unit. You will work closely with employees and authorities to ensure proper documentation and adherence to Lithuanian labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, administer, and oversee documents regulating employment relationships.
• Draft official letters, orders, and other HR‑related documents.
• Advise employees on matters related to the Lithuanian Labour Code.
• Develop, maintain, and manage personnel databases.
• Collaborate with government authorities regarding the employment of foreign staff.
• Support and cooperate with colleagues across other departments.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the Lithuanian Labour Code and HR administration.
• Experience with HR systems (Rivilė) and personnel data management.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Fluent Lithuanian and proficient English.
• Proactive mindset with initiative to improve HR processes.
