Sales Manager – Vascular Access & ICU Devices

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the promotion and sales of vascular access and ICU product portfolios across Lithuania. The role combines direct customer engagement, tender management, and strategic market development to drive growth in hospitals and clinics.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell vascular management and ICU devices to hospitals, clinics, and procurement departments throughout Lithuania.
• Build and maintain relationships with vascular surgeons, intensivists, anesthesiologists, head nurses, procurement officers, and hospital administrators.
• Manage the full public procurement cycle: monitor tenders, prepare documentation, submit bids, and ensure compliance with Lithuanian regulations.
• Conduct product presentations, clinical demonstrations, and training sessions for medical professionals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies, achieve targets, and expand market share.
• Provide market analysis, competitor insights, pricing feedback, and customer needs to the product team.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience selling medical device disposables within the Lithuanian hospital sector.
• Proven track record in public procurement and tender preparation in Lithuania.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Lithuania.
• Experience in vascular surgery, interventional radiology, critical care, anesthesiology, or ICU settings is a strong advantage.
• Medical degree is considered an advantage.
