Talent Acquisition Advisor – Maternity Cover

About the role

Dexcom is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to provide maternity‑cover support for its Talent Acquisition team. In this role you will partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to drive the recruitment process, build pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support organizational growth.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and create role‑specific job descriptions.
• Leverage professional networks, digital platforms, and talent databases to source high‑caliber candidates.
• Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline through targeted engagement initiatives.
• Conduct initial screenings and competency assessments to ensure alignment with position requirements and culture.
• Support compensation structuring and offer negotiations to deliver competitive, equitable hiring packages.
• Manage employer branding initiatives by posting jobs on LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
• Contribute to cross‑functional recruitment projects and workforce planning efforts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to create clear, role‑specific job descriptions aligned with business goals.
• Experience managing candidate pipelines and conducting competency assessments.
• Familiarity with compensation structuring and offer negotiation processes.
• Comfort with employer branding and managing job postings on professional platforms.
