A320 Captain – Syrian Project

About the role

Heston Airlines is seeking experienced A320 Captains to operate flights for its Syrian project, with occasional layovers in Damascus. The position is based at the airline’s headquarters in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Key responsibilities

• Operate A320 aircraft on scheduled flights for the Syrian project, ensuring the highest safety standards.
• Perform all command duties, including flight planning, crew coordination, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• EASA ATPL with A320, IR/PBN ratings.
• Class I medical certificate (Part-MED).
• Minimum 3,000 total flight hours on multi‑pilot aircraft.
• At least 1,000 hours as Commander on A320.
• Recent logbook pages (last three) showing total hours.
• ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 (Level 6 preferred).
• A320 TRI/TRE experience preferred.
• EU citizenship and passport allowing unlimited travel (preferred).
