Account Expert

About the role

Omnisend is looking for an Account Expert to drive revenue growth for our e‑commerce merchants through data‑driven digital marketing strategies. You will join a transparent, fast‑moving team that values insight over intuition and focuses on delivering measurable results for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute tailored digital marketing strategies that increase merchant revenue.
• Onboard new clients, assisting with contact migration, warm‑up processes and the setup of first campaigns and automations across channels.
• Provide proactive strategic advice on a regular cadence and respond promptly to client inquiries.
• Deliver best‑practice recommendations to help clients meet their business objectives.
• Monitor customer dashboards, resolve open issues, ensure consistent communication and escalate when necessary.
• Inform merchants about product releases, new features and gather feedback for product improvements.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews, set goals and track progress toward achievement.
• Document troubleshooting steps and contribute to knowledge‑base resources.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in account management or client‑success roles.
• Solid understanding of key digital‑marketing metrics such as opens, clicks and conversions.
• Demonstrated ability to solve customer problems creatively.
• Comfort discussing business and sales topics with clients, including renewal and cancellation conversations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills via chat, phone and video.
