Product Marketing Manager

About the role

Own web funnel strategy and day‑to‑day optimization from the first touch to purchase – landing pages, pricing, checkout, and paywalls. Research competitors, user behavior, market trends, and growth opportunities. Create new funnel concepts, page structures, offers, pricing approaches, and messaging.

Key responsibilities

• Own web funnel strategy and optimisation across landing pages, pricing, checkout and paywalls.
• Research competitors, user behaviour, market trends and growth opportunities.
• Develop new funnel concepts, page structures, offers, pricing approaches and messaging.
• Design, launch and analyse A/B tests and other structured experiments.
• Prioritise experiments by impact, effort and speed to launch.
• Brief design, frontend and engineering teams and build prototypes using no‑code and AI tools.
• Own funnel performance, with conversion rate as primary metric and monitor supporting metrics such as CTR, ARPU, LTV, CAC and retention.
• Document experiment learnings and clearly communicate what works, what doesn’t and what should scale.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, CRO or a similar role.
• Experience with subscription monetisation, pricing and paywalls.
• Ability to build and optimise high‑converting web‑to‑app or web‑to‑desktop funnels.
• Hands‑on with AI development tools such as Cursor, Lovable or Claude Code.
• Own the full funnel lifecycle from research and ideation through implementation, testing and analysis.
• Comfortable running A/B tests and using event‑based analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
• Analytical mindset, turning data and user behaviour into actionable hypotheses.
• Strong ownership, taking projects from idea to implementation.
• Communicate confidently in English at B2+ level.
