Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of small and medium‑size customers, generating €4‑8 million in annual revenue. You will be the main point of contact, driving upselling, cross‑selling and ensuring long‑term client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a portfolio of small & medium customers, generating €4–8 M in annual revenue through strategic upselling and cross‑selling.
• Build strong, trust‑based relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
• Collaborate with Customer Care, Finance, Legal and Operations teams to guarantee seamless service delivery.
• Lead contract and pricing negotiations, align terms with market trends and maintain accurate CRM data.
• Monitor industry trends and cargo flow patterns to proactively address seasonal impacts and shipment needs.
• Uphold Girteka’s brand reputation through professional conduct and a customer‑first mindset.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management, sales or business development, preferably in logistics.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of commercial fundamentals and data‑driven decision making.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a strong asset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Economics or a related field.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to use analytical tools for data analysis.
