Order Execution Analyst – Telematics

About the role

We are seeking an Order Execution Analyst to join our Orders and Inventory Management team in Vilnius. In this position you will ensure smooth fulfillment of customer orders by analysing production planning data, coordinating with Production, Supply, Logistics and Sales, and maintaining optimal inventory levels.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor sales orders to guarantee they are fulfilled within established deadlines.
• Contribute to production planning and communicate order compliance with the Sales Department.
• Submit orders to the Supply Department and analyse demand to maintain sufficient warehouse inventory.
• Process and coordinate returns, analyse data and recommend process improvements.
• Perform additional order‑management tasks as assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Higher education degree, preferably in Social Sciences, Economics, Accounting, Logistics or Analytics.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, planning and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently, independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
