MCC Engineer

About the role

Join Airhub Aviation as an MCC Engineer and support the safe, efficient operation of the airline’s fleet. You will provide real‑time technical assistance, manage defects and coordinate maintenance activities across the network.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for daily and non‑routine technical queries, troubleshooting and discrepancies.
• Monitor aircraft technical status and flight‑schedule changes to ensure continuous airworthiness.
• Coordinate AOG situations, communicate effectively and drive recovery actions.
• Track and follow up deferred defects until final rectification.
• Work with Part‑145 organisations and internal teams to schedule maintenance.
• Provide technical support to flight crews and maintenance providers, and initiate troubleshooting for complex or repetitive defects.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years experience in an MCC, CAMO or Part‑145 environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, able to work under pressure.
• Good understanding of aircraft systems and troubleshooting principles.
• Fluent written and spoken English and willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
