Accountant – International Travel & Banking (Telematics)

About the role

We are looking for an Accountant to join our Accounting team in Vilnius. The role focuses on international business travel expense accounting and Revolut banking transactions, ensuring correct accounting and tax treatment. You will also work with customer receivables and factoring accounting within Teltonika's Telematics business unit.

Key responsibilities

• Manage international business travel expense accounting, review all supporting documents and apply the appropriate tax treatment according to Lithuanian regulations.
• Handle Swedbank and Revolut banking transactions, administer Revolut virtual cards and ensure accurate posting in the financial system.
• Oversee factoring accounting, including invoice verification, reconciliation and related administrative tasks.
• Manage customer receivables, perform regular reconciliations and cooperate closely with sales teams and foreign offices to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare detailed customer receivables reports for department and team managers on a periodic basis.
• Perform other accounting‑related tasks assigned by the manager, such as month‑end closing support and ad‑hoc analyses.

Required profile

• College or university degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• At least 2 years of practical accounting experience in a similar role, preferably in an international environment.
• Good knowledge of Lithuanian accounting standards and tax regulations with the ability to apply them in practice.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced Excel functions for data analysis and reporting.
• Minimum B1 level English, sufficient for day‑to‑day work‑related communication.
• Experience with the Rivilė accounting software is considered an advantage.
