Stream Lead – Financial Incentives

About the role

Invest Lithuania is seeking an experienced Stream Lead to manage the Financial Incentives Team’s project portfolio. You will oversee budgeting, risk management, and continuous improvement of the TUI Invest LT+ incentive program.

Key responsibilities

• Lead administration of the financial incentive project portfolio, planning quarterly and annual budgets.
• Guide Project Managers, coordinate reporting and payment claims, and monitor high‑risk projects.
• Track portfolio performance, communicate progress, and drive process improvements.

Required profile

• Higher education in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Public Administration or Project Management.
• 4‑5+ years of experience in project administration, consulting, auditing or related fields.
• Proven leadership of teams or task forces and strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Professional fluency in English (C1) and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
