AI Engineer – AI and Data Consulting

About the role

EY is expanding its AI (including Generative AI) capabilities and is looking for an AI Engineer to join its AI and Data Consulting team. The team advises clients on how to use AI to solve business challenges, working with public sector institutions and major private companies in the Baltics and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on how to use AI, Machine Learning and Advanced Analytics to solve their business challenges.
• Implement AI solutions tailored to client needs and add tangible value.
• Stay up to date with the latest AI trends and technologies.
• Provide expertise in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision and other AI disciplines.
• Develop your professional knowledge and experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics or a related field, with coursework or projects in AI or Machine Learning.
• Demonstrated interest in AI, shown through personal projects, internships or academic research.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SQL and Python, including AI frameworks and libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn and SciPy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, applying statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms.
• Team collaboration skills.
• An advantage: knowledge of software development best practices, MLOps/LLMOps, and building AI solutions on Microsoft Azure, AWS or GCP.
