Digital Business Platforms / Microsoft Consultant

About the role

EY Technology Consulting is looking for consultants for client projects focused on Microsoft technologies and digital transformation. Candidates may work on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Azure or emerging AI-powered solutions, helping clients optimise business processes and drive innovation through the Microsoft ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in technology-enabled business transformation and consulting projects using Microsoft solutions
• Support the analysis and design of business processes, and the development of information system concepts, architecture and design
• Help assess and improve technology management within organisations
• Build relationships with client teams
• Keep up with new technologies and business concepts in a fast-changing environment

Required profile

• University or equivalent degree, preferably in Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Business or another relevant discipline
• English and Lithuanian
• Strong communication, collaboration, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Dedicated, innovative and solution-oriented mindset
• Zero to some experience with Microsoft technologies is desirable; academic-level understanding and motivation to learn are welcomed

Required skills

• Ideally: experience in business requirements analysis
• Ideally: exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot and AI solutions
