Senior Consultant, Cyber Security & IT Audit

About the role

EY is hiring a Senior Consultant in Cyber Security & IT Audit in Vilnius. You will help clients address cybersecurity incidents and digital threats, advising them on strengthening cyber resilience, incident response and digital operational resilience frameworks in line with regulatory requirements. The role sits in an expanding team and offers an international, collaborative setting.

Note: as the Cyber Security Incident Management capability grows, the role may later involve an on-call rotation for incidents outside normal business hours, subject to extra training, pay and a separate agreement.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze processes and procedures to identify cybersecurity risks and advise clients on controls
• Help coordinate client responses to cybersecurity incidents
• Carry out independent assessments of compliance with DORA (digital operational resilience) requirements
• Work with stakeholders, auditors, lawyers and regulators on investigations into incidents, breaches and data manipulation
• Look for new ways to create value for clients alongside senior team members
• Delegate to and oversee junior consultants

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field
• Work experience in cybersecurity or digital operational resilience (DORA)
• Excellent spoken and written Lithuanian and English
• Team player able to delegate and supervise juniors
• Advantages: information security qualifications (CISA, CISM, CISSP), financial services experience, and experience with SIEM/EDR/NDR tools

Required skills

• Understanding of security threats, vulnerabilities and incident response
• Familiarity with electronic investigation and forensic tools and methodologies
• Advantage: SIEM, EDR and NDR solutions such as CrowdStrike or Sentinel

Salary: EUR 3,300 - 4,900 gross. Hybrid work (#LI-Hybrid).
