AI Platform Product Manager

About the role

As an AI Platform Product Manager you will drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of the Nasdaq AI Platform, an enterprise AI and agent platform that enables teams to build, deploy, and interact with AI capabilities, agents, and workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Guide and define the product roadmap for assigned areas, balancing customer needs, business priorities, technical feasibility, and platform strategy.
• Gather, triage, and prioritize feature requests, translating business and user needs into actionable requirements and user stories.
• Own specific platform features end‑to‑end through discovery, design, development, testing, launch, and ongoing iteration.
• Partner closely with engineering, design, leadership, and end users throughout development sprints to clarify scope and ensure successful product launches.
• Define and monitor success metrics, leveraging data and user feedback to inform future enhancements.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3‑5+ years of product management experience with a track record of owning features through the full product lifecycle.
• Experience working with generative AI products, including large language models (LLMs) and AI agents.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
