Android Engineer (Mid‑Senior)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing team of 500+ professionals building cutting‑edge proxy and web‑data scraping solutions. As an Android Engineer you will develop and maintain native and hybrid Android applications that serve millions of users daily.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Android apps using Kotlin, Java and modern architecture patterns (MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture).
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (design, QA, product) to translate wireframes into high‑quality code.
• Contribute to technical decisions, app security, and performance optimisations, including OS‑level tweaks and custom protocol implementations.
• Participate in research, R&D and drive new initiatives to improve UX and overall app quality.

Required profile

• Strong autonomy and proven ownership of features or projects.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude with a “can‑do” mindset.
• Interest in data‑driven growth and willingness to lead the mobile team in the future.

Required skills

• Kotlin and Java Android SDK
• Jetpack Compose, Kotlin Coroutines, Dependency Injection frameworks (e.g., Koin)
• Modern architecture patterns: MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture
• Familiarity with Swift.NET or C++ is a plus
• Understanding of mobile security and OS‑level optimisation
