About the role

Join Luminor Group’s Customer Service Department in Vilnius as a paid intern. You will support clients, resolve a variety of situations, and help them choose suitable banking products and services while working with a dynamic and friendly team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and achieve individual and team targets.
• Provide advice and recommendations on daily banking services and products.
• Educate clients about banking solutions and guide them through applications.
• Coordinate client flows and process client requests in the system.
• Work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Motivated to gain experience in customer service or sales.
• Strong listening skills and ability to understand client needs.
• Good computer proficiency.
• Fluent in Lithuanian, both written and spoken.
