Assistant – Corporate Banking (Klaipėda)

About the role

Luminor is looking for an Assistant in Corporate Banking based in Klaipėda. The Assistant supports the Relationship Managers with administrative tasks so they can spend more time with customers, prepares standard credit memo forms and helps ensure a smooth disbursement process.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily customer contacts, assignments and needs with quality, efficiency and a client focus
• Prepare service offers, legal documentation and correspondence
• Maintain up-to-date information in customer files and databases
• Follow up on set goals so that commitments to customers are met
• Plan, deliver and follow up personal tasks on time, within the agreed quality standards, budget and Luminor values
• Contribute to team and company performance through collaboration

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written Lithuanian and English, as the role works at Pan-Baltic level
• Preferred finished degree in Economics, Business Management, Finance, Banking or a similar field
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and readiness to support others
• Detail orientation, accuracy and prioritisation skills
• Good cooperation and communication skills, high customer focus and readiness to take ownership
• Understanding of Corporate Banking activities is an advantage

• Gross salary of 1,890–2,600 EUR per month, depending on experience and competencies
