About the role

Join Luminor Group as a Financial Advisor focused on housing loan modifications. You will work with an existing client portfolio, providing tailored financial solutions and ensuring a high‑quality client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update housing credit contracts and corrections for existing clients.
• Conduct private‑client consultations, identify needs, and propose appropriate financial products.
• Sell banking products and daily banking services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, adding value and ensuring satisfaction.
• Achieve individual and team targets while adhering to internal bank procedures.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in financial product sales.
• Higher education (preferably in finance).
• Good knowledge of bank services and products, with experience serving private clients.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Lithuanian; English and Russian are a plus.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and independently in non‑standard situations and adapt to change.
