Assistant Vice President – Fund Accounting, Real Assets

About the role

Citco is seeking an Assistant Vice President to join its Real Assets Fund Accounting team. You will work with seasoned professionals to deliver high‑quality accounting and reporting services for complex fund structures.

Key responsibilities

• Collect data and prepare a variety of financial reports.
• Ensure financial statements, budgets and board materials comply with defined accounting standards and formats.
• Monitor reporting requirements, maintain compliance with regulations, and identify risks or improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with external auditors during audit processes.
• Meet client expectations and strict deadlines.
• Supervise staff, review and sign‑off on their work.
• Maintain existing processes and drive efficiency gains.

Required profile

• Fluent English; additional language is a plus.
• Degree in Accountancy or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, audit or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle tight deadlines with high attention to detail.
