About the role

Rimi is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to lead the full-cycle hiring process for its production sites in Lithuania. You will act as the main point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from job requisition to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment for production line positions, from need identification to candidate hiring.
• Actively source candidates, assess competencies, and manage the interview process.
• Partner with department heads on talent acquisition strategies and provide expert advice.
• Monitor labour market trends, talent attraction, and recruitment innovations, proposing new solutions.
• Contribute to HR team projects, initiatives, and the development of a best‑in‑class employee experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent search and selection, understanding that successful hiring starts with a good interview.
• Fluent communication in Lithuanian, English, and Russian.
• Highly responsible, organized, proactive, and able to find quick solutions in unexpected situations.
• Curious and able to translate that curiosity into fresh ideas for attracting top talent.
