About the role

The company seeks an experienced Inventory Management Manager to lead the planning, control, and distribution of raw materials for production. You will coordinate a team, ensure smooth warehouse operations, and support continuous manufacturing flow.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and guarantee effective inventory planning, management and raw material allocation for production.
• Coordinate team activities, assign tasks and monitor execution.
• Manage raw material (round wood) warehouse processes, ensuring proper rotation, accounting and supply to production.
• Oversee finished‑goods storage and quality‑control procedures.
• Control inventory levels, maintain warehouse order and participate in stock‑taking.
• Plan and supervise loading and dispatch of by‑products according to schedules.
• Analyse inventory movements, identify discrepancies and drive process‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with production, logistics and other departments to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing and optimal stock levels.

Required profile

• Higher education in logistics, engineering, management or a related field.
• Proven experience in planning, organising and managing inventory, warehousing or production processes.
• Leadership experience with the ability to organise a team efficiently.
• Analytical thinking, responsibility and capacity for independent decision‑making.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with various company units.
• Proficiency in English and/or Russian.

Required skills

• Experience with inventory or business management systems such as NAV, SAP or Oracle.
• Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
