Audit Intern

About the role

EY is recruiting multiple Audit Interns in Vilnius (and Kaunas) to start their career in the Audit team. The internship runs from January to May 2027, starting on 4 January 2027, and is paid. Interns work with real client financial data, learn auditing principles and processes, and receive mentorship from two more experienced colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse real client financial data and uncover insights that drive business decisions
• Work closely with audit teams and clients to gain hands-on experience with auditing principles and processes
• Use modern technology and analytical tools to explore data trends and support business growth
• Develop clear, insightful analyses of audit client data

Required profile

• Student of Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or a related field
• High level of spoken and written English and Lithuanian
• Located in Vilnius or Kaunas and able to work full time
• Passionate about numbers, detail-oriented and interested in finance, accounting and business management
• Strong interpersonal skills and a curious, responsible attitude
