Senior Financial Crime & Regulatory Compliance Consultant

About the role

EY's Forensic & Integrity Services (FIS) team is looking for a Senior Regulatory Compliance Consultant in Vilnius. You will advise clients on regulatory compliance and financial crime, helping them navigate money laundering and fraud prevention, sanctions implementation and adherence to Lithuanian and international laws. The role suits someone with experience in Lithuanian and international regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Work with business stakeholders, internal and external auditors, lawyers and regulators on projects covering AML/CFT, sanctions, fraud and internal controls.
• Analyse processes and procedures to spot potential non-compliance and other corporate risks.
• Advise clients on how to fix process gaps and set up effective control mechanisms.
• Look for new ways to create value for clients together with more senior team members.
• Delegate to and supervise the work of junior consultants.

Required profile

• University degree in Law, Finance, Business or a related field, with experience in regulatory compliance or financial crime.
• Excellent spoken and written Lithuanian and English.
• Knowledge of Lithuanian and international compliance and anti-financial crime regulations, and of the financial sector.
• Team player able to delegate and supervise juniors; consulting or Big4 experience is an advantage.
• CAMS, CFE or CIA qualifications are an advantage.

Required skills

• Excellent command of MS Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and advisory skills.
