Head of Investor Relations

About the role

Finora Bank, a specialized bank licensed by the ECB and based in Vilnius and Tallinn, is looking for a Head of Investor Relations. The role builds strong investor relationships, attracts new investors and supports the bank's capital growth objectives, managing the investor pipeline and communicating the bank's strategy and investment proposition.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective investors and existing shareholders
• Develop targeted investor outreach campaigns and turn interest into investor commitments
• Manage the investor CRM and pipeline, tracking interactions, feedback and next steps
• Prepare and coordinate investor meetings, conferences, follow-ups and correspondence
• Create investor presentations, financial materials and tailored briefing packs
• Translate the bank's strategy and financial performance into a clear investment narrative
• Work with senior leadership, finance and legal teams to ensure accurate, compliant investor communication
• Provide insights on investor expectations, market trends, competitor activity and shareholder sentiment
• Act as the primary contact for the investment community

Required profile

• Experience in investor relations, capital raising, investment banking, corporate finance or a similar field
• Track record of building investor relationships and advancing discussions toward commitments
• Understanding of financial statements, investment propositions and capital markets
• Excellent written and spoken English and Lithuanian
