Azure DevOps Engineer

About the role

PAYALLY GLOBAL is looking for an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to lead and continuously improve its DevOps capabilities within a regulated financial services environment. You will own the engineering practices, tooling, automation, and cloud infrastructure that enable development teams to build, test, deploy, operate, and monitor applications securely and reliably.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a DevOps strategy aligned with financial‑services governance and security standards.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, dependency management, and automated testing frameworks.
• Build and orchestrate application infrastructure using Azure services and Infrastructure‑as‑Code.
• Implement monitoring, analytics, and alerting to ensure high availability and performance.
• Optimize cost across multiple Azure tenants and subscriptions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to establish scalable DevOps standards and best practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as an Azure DevOps Engineer (or Azure Cloud Administrator).
• Strong problem‑solving attitude, self‑motivation and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• BSc/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field; professional certifications are a plus.
