Project Leader

About the role

IKEA is looking for a passionate Project Leader to drive the implementation of digital solutions that enable retailers to operate the IKEA concept. You will lead multiple projects from ideation to execution, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global retailer market implementation projects for the core digital retail offer.
• Act as the primary point of contact, building relationships and steering communication with all stakeholders.
• Deliver projects within agreed scope, time and budget while monitoring risks.
• Identify and manage dependencies across projects and with internal/external organisations.
• Monitor progress through active planning, milestone follow‑up and reporting.

Required profile

• Proven track record of running successful business and digital projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methods, tools and governance (PMP, PRINCE2 preferred).
• Strong understanding of change management methods and tools.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of a Baltic language is a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
