B2B Product Marketing Manager

About the role

JumpTask is building a B2B offering on top of its global on‑demand workforce platform. As the B2B Product Marketing Manager you will create the brand, positioning and go‑to‑market engine from scratch, turning technical capabilities into compelling solutions for business customers.

Key responsibilities

• Define positioning, messaging framework and tone of voice, and work with design to shape visual identity.
• Own the B2B website end‑to‑end: write copy, structure landing pages, launch and continuously optimise based on data.
• Identify where B2B buyers spend time (LinkedIn, industry events, cold outreach) and build the go‑to‑market motion.
• Set up the lead‑generation engine through content marketing, targeted outreach and paid experiments.
• Create credibility‑building content such as blog posts, whitepapers and success stories.
• Produce sales enablement materials (decks, one‑pagers, case studies) to support the sales team.
• Collaborate closely with product owner, business development and marketing specialists in a small, fast‑feedback team.

Required profile

• 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, AdTech or tech services.
• Proven track record launching a product, brand or go‑to‑market motion from zero to one.
• Comfortable writing B2B copy for websites, outreach emails and longer‑form content.
• Understanding of B2B inbound lead generation and ability to iterate on ambiguous situations.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Experience with CMS platforms.
• Knowledge of analytics tools.
