Business Analyst – Corporate Lending

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end business analysis for corporate lending initiatives, including system upgrades, regulatory changes and process improvements.
• Define, document and manage business and functional requirements while collaborating with business and IT stakeholders.
• Create and maintain user stories, specifications and dashboards to support project delivery and performance tracking.
• Analyse data to identify root causes and deliver insights that improve customer experience, operational efficiency and profitability.
• Support incident resolution, change management, UAT activities and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis with a focus on requirement gathering and stakeholder collaboration.
• Strong analytical abilities, capable of interpreting data and delivering actionable insights.
• Familiarity with corporate lending systems, products and Baltic‑region regulatory environments.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge business and technical teams and present complex information clearly.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written, for pan‑Baltic collaboration.

What we offer

• Gross salary €3,490 – €5,230 per month, dependent on experience.
