Chief Financial Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial strategy of a fast‑growing manufacturing company. The CFO will ensure robust financial governance, support business growth, and act as a key partner to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial policies to guarantee smooth operations.
• Prepare annual budgets, control costs, conduct financial analysis and drive necessary changes.
• Monitor the company’s economic indicators and provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate and develop the finance team, fostering continuous improvement.
• Stay actively engaged with market trends, propose beneficial initiatives, and maintain strong relationships with banking partners.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in a finance manager or equivalent senior finance role.
• Proven experience working with banks and financial institutions.
• Demonstrated team‑leadership and management capabilities.
• Strong initiative, excellent communication, responsible attitude and leadership qualities.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
