Chief Technology Officer

About the role

Inventi is looking for a Chief Technology Officer to define the technology strategy and shape the next generation of its payments platform. You will own the architectural vision, drive AI adoption, and ensure reliability, security, and technical excellence across the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the technology strategy, making major architectural decisions.
• Drive AI integration into engineering processes and product development.
• Set and enforce high standards for technical quality, engineering practices, and security.
• Ensure platform reliability, uptime, and manage technical risk.
• Build and refine delivery processes that the whole company can rely on.
• Foster a strong engineering culture focused on quality, learning, and passion.

Required profile

• Deep technical expertise with the ability to challenge and improve architecture decisions.
• Proven experience in owning reliability and uptime for mission‑critical systems.
• Track record of building and scaling high‑performing engineering teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, growth‑focused environment.
• Fluent English communication skills.
