Client Service Delivery Senior Analyst (Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Nasdaq is seeking a Client Service Delivery Senior Analyst on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract in Vilnius. You will support Board Portal Software users, handle time‑sensitive client projects, and interact with corporate secretaries, administrators and board members.

Key responsibilities

• Provide email and telephone support for Board Portal Software.
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships, delivering value and anticipating needs.
• Deliver user training and respond to queries promptly.
• Assist in identifying business and system requirements and produce operational documentation.
• Communicate client requirements to Account Administrators and Success Managers.
• Promote product improvements and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on solutions.
• Participate in rotating weekend on‑call coverage (approximately once per month).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong affinity for working with software applications.
• Previous client‑facing experience supporting sophisticated products.
• Reliable, stress‑resistant, self‑sufficient and able to multitask.
• Interest in AI and AI agents or willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency with software applications used for corporate governance.
