Communication and Marketing Specialist

About the role

Join FREOR’s dynamic marketing team and help shape the brand’s presence across more than 50 countries. You will create compelling content, manage digital channels, and support both internal and external communications for a leading manufacturer of commercial refrigeration equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the corporate website.
• Produce engaging website copy, newsletters, and B2B content in English and Lithuanian.
• Develop and schedule posts for LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Create and adapt visual assets such as banners and marketing images.
• Write copy for presentations, product sheets, and sales support materials.
• Support communication projects, trade shows, product launches, and events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Design, or a related field.
• Strong written and spoken English with native‑level Lithuanian.
• Proactive, creative mindset and ability to work independently.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop (experience with other Adobe Creative Suite tools is a plus).
