Community Manager for World of Tanks Blitz

About the role

The Community Manager is the public face of World of Tanks Blitz, acting as a bridge between players and the internal Publishing, Development and Community teams. You will foster trust, maintain open dialogue, turn player feedback into actionable insights and clearly communicate product decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage communication with the Russian‑Ukrainian community across Discord, Telegram, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and other platforms.
• Engage with players online, host streams, and represent World of Tanks Blitz at offline events.
• Create and publish news, event announcements, campaign communications and other content for social media.
• Adapt messaging to each platform while preserving the project’s tone of voice.
• Design engagement activities such as challenges, contests, Q&As, memes and user‑generated content formats.
• Play WoT Blitz regularly to understand game mechanics, balance and current versions.
• Collect, verify and structure player feedback, delivering regular digests and reports to Development and Publishing teams.
• Participate in content planning, development meetings and crisis communication when needed.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of World of Tanks Blitz and the games industry; experience with WoT Blitz or WoT PC is a plus.
• Fluent in English (B2+), Ukrainian and Russian.
• Proven experience working with Discord, Telegram and other social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence appearing on camera.
• Ability to analyse player feedback, identify recurring issues and provide clear insights.
• Independent, proactive, result‑oriented and comfortable handling difficult conversations.
