Head of Marketing

About the role

Oxylabs is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead the full marketing function for its Infrastructure Supply portfolio, which includes B2B and B2C products. You will combine strategic ownership with hands‑on commercial work, representing products, meeting partners and opening new opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the marketing strategy for each product, reviewing and approving plans created by Product Marketing Managers.
• Lead and develop the marketing organisation, including hiring, performance management and day‑to‑day people management for product marketers and channel teams (SEO, Paid, Influencer, Social).
• Design team structures, set KPIs per product and channel, monitor performance and re‑allocate budget based on ROI.
• Represent Oxylabs products externally at events, with partners and key accounts, and personally drive new partnership opportunities.
• Maintain a regular reporting rhythm that provides leadership with clear, actionable insights.

Required profile

• 5+ years in marketing leadership, managing senior specialists and functional channel teams.
• Proven track record of building product marketing strategies that deliver measurable growth in international markets.
• Experience managing a sizeable multi‑channel budget and evaluating channel performance.
• Strong decision‑making ability, comfortable presenting to leadership and external partners.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
