Consultant - EYP Transactions and Corporate Finance

About the role

EY-Parthenon is looking for a Consultant in Transactions and Corporate Finance in Vilnius. You will take part in due diligence, valuation and business modelling, and M&A advisory engagements covering major cross-border transactions involving private equity and financial investor groups as well as strategic corporate companies.

Key responsibilities

• Perform industry and company research using internal tools and databases
• Carry out due diligence, valuation, financial modelling and other tasks under supervision
• Collect and summarise data from the client's operational management, accountants and C-suite
• Help prepare reports and analyses delivered to clients and other parties
• Maintain productive working relationships with team and client personnel
• Learn EY technical methods and the basic principles and standards required

Required profile

• University degree or final-year study in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business or another business-related subject
• Good knowledge of corporate finance and understanding of business processes
• Analytical mindset, critical thinking, time management, teamwork and effective written and verbal communication
• Excellent English and Lithuanian

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Due diligence, valuation and financial modelling

Salary: EUR 2,100 - 3,100 gross.
