Corporate M&A Lawyer

About the role

TeamKilo is seeking a Corporate M&A Lawyer to support high‑velocity venture take‑offs across the health and wellness sector. You will advise on both local and cross‑border transactions, from acquisition to joint venture and corporate restructuring, ensuring legal risks are identified and mitigated.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on local and cross‑border M&A transactions, including acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, and restructurings.
• Conduct legal due diligence and assess key legal risks.
• Draft and review transaction documentation such as share purchase agreements and shareholders’ agreements.
• Contribute to transaction structuring and support deals from inception through signing and closing.
• Serve as a reference point for colleagues on corporate law and governance matters.
• Coordinate with international law firms, financial and tax advisers, and other transaction parties.
• Participate in negotiations and client meetings, taking increasing ownership of workstreams.
• Support business development and contribute to the team’s institutional knowledge.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of professional experience in corporate law, M&A, or a related transactional practice.
• University degree in Law.
• Demonstrated interest and experience in M&A transactions, corporate law, and investment structures.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate legal complexity into business‑oriented solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Lithuanian.
• Deep knowledge of Lithuanian corporate law and its practical application.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable collaborating across multiple jurisdictions.

• Gross salary range €5,000‑€6,300 per month (visible).
