CRO Specialist

About the role

Hostinger is looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to join its marketing team. You will be responsible for improving the performance of Hostinger’s website, driving higher sales and engagement through data‑driven experimentation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze user behavior to identify and remove conversion bottlenecks.
• Generate hypotheses, set up, manage, and analyze A/B tests on the website.
• Monitor performance metrics, translate data into actionable insights, and prioritize testing opportunities.
• Collaborate with design, development, SEO, and data analytics teams to boost conversion rates.
• Conduct usability testing and research user needs to enhance the overall experience.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest CRO techniques and industry trends.
• Report findings and present recommendations to internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2+ years of CRO experience, preferably in a tech‑driven marketing environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with solid web‑analytics and data‑interpretation skills.
• Deep understanding of A/B testing, UX principles, and user psychology.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proactive, self‑starter who can work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Familiarity with performance marketing and paid advertising.
