Customer Advocacy Generalist

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Advocacy Generalist to join Dexcom’s Vilnius team. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with a multicultural group of 10‑12 professionals who focus on improving health outcomes through rigorous complaint handling and regulatory reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate all customer‑complaint documentation accurately and promptly.
• Document and maintain investigation records in compliance with international regulations (e.g., 21 CFR 820, MDD, ISO, Canadian requirements).
• Assist with Medical Device Reporting and analyze investigation results of returned products.
• Prepare Manufacturer Incident Reports (MIR) and submit them to the appropriate authorities.
• Identify recurring issues, propose corrective actions, and support continuous improvement of complaint processes.
